The Buyer may fulfil this order payment obligation by using a third-party online payment method or by payment to the Restaurant at the takeaway location.
However, subject to Buyer’s cancellation, Petbharo is not liable for any refund to Buyer under a cancellation initiated by Buyer.
The Vendors has not authorized Petbharo to accept the Buyer’s online payment on behalf of the Vendors.
Buyer must notify the participating Vendors immediately if Buyer decide to cancel the placed order before the Vendor accepts the order, preferably by the cancel order from Petbharo app and quote your order number.
If the Vendor accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the Vendor refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of Food has been completed, it may not be cancelled and a refund is not possible in that case.
If Buyer has ordered from the Petbharo and want to have help regarding that order then the Buyer can only rate and give feeback to the Vendor. Incase any issue Buyer need to contact directly to the Vendor and sort out the issue.
Petbharo is not liable to refund any order or payment.
